Rebirth feat Ricardo Phillips

This is the second collaboration I did with singer Ricardo Phillips, and it was quite well-received, Pete Tong played it on his show, which is a great honor because his selection is outstanding. The song is more subtle, and the vocals are cut a bit more than in our first collaboration called 'Desert Times' but maybe this fact made the record a hit.

Desire

This is Christian Smith's and my first collaboration together I remember when he visited me in my studio in Berlin, we had a nice chat about music and then the magic happened fairly quick! We have learned some important things from each other, and in the meantime, we met again and produced two big tracks which will be released on his label Tronic soon

Margot

Liuff Settanta (Florian Meindl Remix)

Since I love their releases on James Holden's imprint Border Community, I was happy to get a remix request the original was quite good already, so I tried to spice it up with some additional chords and rides, which is perfect for my DJ sets!

Spada

The Match ( Florian Meindl Edit)

When the arpeggio bassline drops in, people on the dancefloor go crazy! It is an interpretation of Donna Summers I Feel Love but in a very smart way. I did an edit because I thought I could improve the buildup a little bit the break is crazy by the way, it sounds like the record stops and starts again. Play this tune in the right moment and people will love you.

Flashmob

Flashmob turned out to be one of my most successful tracks ever. When I released it, I thought,Its a nice bassline tool, and I loved to play it, but when I saw that Erol Alkan charted it or Steve Lawler played it in Ibiza, I realized this was going to be big!

Martin Eyerer & Florian Meindl

Hyperdisco

Loads of sub bass, disco snippets and noises. These kinds of tracks are perfect to generate an 'out of control' feeling on the dancefloor.

Crimea X

10pm ( Florian Meindl Remix)`

This crazy Italian electronica band that makes outstanding music. I really love them, this remix should transfer the spacey feeling into a club context the remix is really long, but in this case its justified.

Desert Times ( Boris Brejcha Remix)

This is the first collaboration with singer Ricardo Phillips. Boris Brejcha, who I met during a Brazil tour, did an outstanding remix, which brought the song into a whole new dimension!

Thomas Schumacher & Florian Meindl

Satisfaction

Sorry club owners, but this is the track which destroyed your club last night

Here Today Gone Tomorrow??

This track was produced during my time in London when I was studying music technology I remembered the moment when I was sitting on the 22nd floor in my apartment, looking out over London at night and trying to produce a kind of tribute to my definition of house music.

8-Bit Romance (Radio Slave Remix)

This is a fairly early production I did between my room in London and Oliver Koletzki's studio in Berlin about six years ago. What Radio Slave delivered after six months waiting time was just amazing! His remix was the longest one in the world at that time (19 minutes), and sounded completely different to everything else, because he used so much reverb.
